After successfully operating our brokerage in Montoursville for 30 years, we decided to re-brand under Eastern Horizon Realty in 2013. Many changes have occurred over the years, however, none impacted our business more than the emergence of mobile devices, allowing access to information to the consumer. In today’s day and age and with information at our fingertips, consumers have become more sophisticated and engaged in their search for a home.
